Some Red Sox History at East Mountain:

Faithful employee Sean Doyle sits atop our new (used) Toro Sand Pro 3020 Trap Rake. We bought this machine in the Spring of 2004. This machine was formerly owned by the Boston Red Sox where it spent the entire 2003 baseball season at Fenway Park dragging the infield.

New and Improved Putting Greens
SR 7200 Velvet Bent

A seventh generation putting surface that is smoother to putt on, allows for lower cutting, is more disease resistant, requires less water, and grows so thickly it keeps weeds and poa anna grasses out. The seed was sowed to the greens at East Mountain CC early April in 2003. It took until the end of July to notice a real difference. Our putting greens have grown to become some of the best putting surfaces in Western Mass. We are constantly receiving compliments of how these greens are the best that players have played on this year.

Local Rules
• Please make golf enjoyable for all by avoiding slow play.

• Proper golf attire is required at all times.

• Please rake bunkers, repair ball marks, replace divots.

• No coolers are allowed on the golf course.

• No more than 2 people on a golf cart.

• No person under 20 years of age is permitted to drive golf carts.

• Golf carts must stay at least 20 feet from tees and greens, with the exception of paths.

• 100 yard (red), 150 yard (white), and 200 yard (blue) markers measured to center of green.

• 5 minutes allowed between nines.
